CARITAU OSAKA -  Acara musik paling bergengsi di Korea Selatan, Mnet Asian Music Awards (MAMA) 2022 sukses digelar selama dua hari pada 29-30 November di Osaka Kyocera Dome, Jepang.
 

Dalam ajang penghargaan tersebut, Idol k-pop BTS berhasil membawa pulang tiga dari empat daesang tahun ini yaitu untuk kategori Artist of the Year, Album of the Year, dan Worldwide Icon of the Year. 
 

Tidak sampai disitu saja, grup yang digawangi RM, Jin, J-Hope, Suga, Jimin, V, dan Jungkook ini juga diganjar penghargaan khusus MAMA Platinum karena telah membawa fenomena budaya k-pop secara global.

Ini bukan kali pertama roster BIG HIT Music itu membawa pulang Daesang di ajang MAMA Awards. Pada tahun 2016, BTS memenangkan Daesang MAMA pertama mereka untuk kategori Artist of the Year.  Dari 26 penghargaan Daesang di MAMA sejak 2016, BTS telah memenangkan 20 di antaranya.
